These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Center Grade, a mobile application owned by Elite Apps, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Center Grade. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with parental consent.

2. App Usage

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Center Grade for personal or commercial evaluation of trading cards.
You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit any feature of the app without our written permission.

3. Card Image Use

When scanning cards, you retain ownership of the images.
You grant us a limited license to use these images solely for centering analysis and AI improvements.
We do not claim intellectual property over your scanned card images.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Center Grade provides centering analysis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee PSA, CGC, BGS, or TAG grading results. Users should use their own discretion before submitting cards for grading.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Apps, LLC is not liable for:

Grading inaccuracies or denied submissions
Loss of data or earnings related to card sales or misgrades
Third-party grading service results or delays

6. Payment & Subscription

Users may access limited scans for free.
Optional purchases or subscriptions may unlock additional features.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Misuse the app
Violate these Terms
Attempt to disrupt services or harm other users

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.
